VERONICA MILLER

VERONICA MILLER – Director of Multimedia

I am currently the Director of Multimedia of San Antonio based Br8kthroo Corp which is specialized in catering to the needs of small business owners and local entrepreneurs. With over 15 years of executive experience and almost 20 years of public relations experience under my belt, I have become passionate about helping others reach their business goals.

Until recently, my love for public speaking and keen presentation skills allowed me to utilize my natural talent for public relations internationally by representing the Vidacare Corporation as its Clinical Specialist to Latin America. My training as a former Paramedic provided me with an edge to promote the life-saving benefits of the American based company’s intra-osseous medical technology device. Working closely with its developer, I traveled to numerous cities throughout Costa Rica, Colombia, Panama, and Venezuela.

I have given presentations in Spanish, Portuguese and English languages in front of crowds ranging from 20 to 500 people and has also trained medical personnel in the use of the product.

I was born in Valencia,Venezuela but currently call San Antonio home. My love for people and my innate business sense have led me to serve as Executive Director for the Israeli-Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce, leading their PR and marketing campaigns; as Board Member & Outreach Counselor of the Abansa Mi Refugio Home for abandoned and neglected children, also creating and running several promotional campaigns; Lifetime member of Hadassah, and a Lifetime member of Alpha Lambda Delta. I am an active member of the National Association of Women Business Owners-San Antonio Chapter, and I run and promote their monthly Brown Bag Series. I also volunteers as the chairman of the Marketing Department for the San Antonio Coalition for Veterans and Families.

I received a degree in Accounting from La Universidad de Carabobo in 1993. Also, I am an accomplished photographer. My photos have appeared on the cover of “La Prensa” and from 2008 to 2010 I was the only photographer to be given unimpeded “behind the scenes” access to photograph the San Antonio Opera. In 2013, I was recognized by the San Antonio Art community for my digital photography at their annual “Meet the Artist” event where I was one of only nine recipients to be awarded the CSA grant for the support of local artists.
